Committee of the eighth national people's Congress meeting
revised and adopted the Environment Protection Law of the PRC
on April 24th, 2014, President Xi Jinping signed No9 presidential
order and published it. The revised Environment Protection Law
of the PRC (hereafter referred to as New Environment Protection
Law) went into effect from January 1st 2015. |
