In 2007, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Finance, National Development and Reform Commission and Banking Regulatory Commission jointly issued the Notice on Credit Support for Import Goods Encouraged by the State (Trade and Business [2007] NO.385), according to Foreign Trade Law of the People’s Republic of China relevant regulations, to implement proactive imports promotion strategy, upgrade import integrated effect, promote foreign trade stable balanced development and push forward economic structure optimization and upgrade.
