transportation and other fields. Paper & board consumption level
is one of the important indicators of economy and civilization
degree of a country. The paper & board products are widely
used in various fields such as cultural transmission, people’s life,
industry, agriculture and national defense. Paper consumption
is directly and indirectly influenced by all areas of society, and is
closely related to national economic security, known as the “social
and economic barometer”. Paper industry uses wood processing
residues, bamboo, reed, agricultural straw and other plant fibers
and waste paper as raw materials, is one important industry with
