| On February 23rd, 2016, Vinda City project officially started construction
in Xiaonan district, Xiaogan city, Hubei province. The
project with a total investment of RMB 1 billion will add 10 household
paper production lines, 8 diaper production lines, 16 sanitary
towel production lines and 10 wet towel production lines. |
