| On April 15th, 2016, Jiamusi city Heilongjiang province 2016
project construction and commencement of the first batch
of projects, as well as Tranlin straw comprehensive utilization
2nd phase project groundbreaking ceremony was held.
Heilongjiang Tranlin straw comprehensive utilization 2nd
phase project with a total investment of RMB 19 billion
could process 3.5 million t straw per year, construct an annual
output of 1.2 million t straw pulp, 1.4 million t paper
and 1.8 million t fulvic acid organic fertilizer, and equip
250,000 kW generator. The project completed registration
on August 4th, 2015 at Jiamusi city Development and Reform
Commission, completed environmental assessment, energy
evaluation and land planning approval on September 2nd, and
started construction on December 5th, 2015. |
